Each approver has their own set-up for approval meetings. They will guide you through the process.
Once binders are ready to be turned into Council, please complete the following Google form to help track your binder from turn-in to the Eagle Board of Review: https://forms.gle/kLv5Gowse51czLd98
We allow the Eagle Candidate to decide if they would like to submit their Eagle binder it to the council themselves, a parent, or an adult leader from the troop.
All Eagle binders need to be turned in by the 20th of the month to make the cutoff for the next month's Eagle boards of review.
Effective immediately, please direct all Eagle Scout Service Project Workbooks to be dropped off at the new council office to Jordan Sandoe or Jen Monroe.

Scouts will receive an email letting them know that they have been approved to receive their Eagle Board of Review. Eagle Boards are done once a month on the 3rd Wednesday of each month. Some months we may have to split the boards because of weather or the number of Eagle candidates.

The county Eagle Board chairs will contact the Eagle candidate to let them know when they have arranged the youth's Eagle board of review panel.
(This is how Eagle boards are built and how the Eagle candidate will be contacted)
Hendricks and Marion Counties
The Eagle candidate is emailed with the youth's parent and scoutmaster cc'd on the email. They are asked to RSVP if they will be attending that month's Eagle boards.
The Eagle candidate is asked to bring 3 adults over the age of 21 with them to the board. Adults are then mixed with other adults that are there for another Eagle candidate and then the board chair will assign 3 adults that are not in the same unit as the Eagle candidate to each board.
Boone, Clinton, and Montgomery Counties
County Eagle Board chairs will reach out to the youth either through email or by phone.
